PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: September 9, 2026
NAT COS INC ("NAIPACHE," "we," "us," or "our") operates https://naipache.us/ and related Shopify-hosted storefront pages, including technical domains associated with https://naipache.myshopify.com/ (collectively, the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit the Site, create an account, place or return an order, contact us, interact with advertising or analytics technologies, or use an AI shopping agent or other automated tool to interact with the Site.
This Policy is intended for customers and visitors in the United States. State-specific rights are described below and in our U.S. State Privacy Notice.
1. Who is responsible for your information
The merchant and seller is NAT COS INC. Our corporate mailing and legal contact address is 312 W 2ND STREET STE A9715, CASPER, WY 82601, United States. This address is not a customer return warehouse. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to contact@naipache.us.
The Site is hosted on Shopify. For some processing activities, Shopify acts as our service provider or processor; for other activities described in Shopify's applicable terms and privacy notices, Shopify acts as an independent data controller and determines its own purposes and means of processing. Payments on the Site are processed through Shopify Payments. Shopify and the applicable payment processors, financial institutions, payment networks, and fraud-prevention or compliance providers may process payment and transaction information as necessary to provide and secure the payment service and to satisfy applicable legal and payment-network requirements. We use Ecomflow for fulfillment and cross-border delivery and Return Helper for return management.
2. Personal information we collect
Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers and contact information, such as name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, account identifiers, and customer or order number.
- Commercial and transaction information, such as products viewed, items placed in a cart, purchases, order history, discounts, refunds, returns, exchanges, shipping method, and transaction status.
- Payment-related information, such as billing details, payment method type, transaction amount and currency, authorization or decline status, transaction identifiers, refund or dispute information, fraud or risk indicators, and limited card metadata (for example, card brand and the last four digits where made available through Shopify). Full payment-card credentials are entered into and processed through Shopify Payments and its applicable payment processors. NAT COS INC does not store full payment-card numbers or CVC/CVV values in systems we control.
- Account and authentication information, such as login details or authentication tokens processed through Shopify or other authorized account systems.
- Internet and device information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, clicks, session activity, cookie or pixel identifiers, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Communications, such as customer-service messages, emails, product questions, feedback, return requests, and records of communications with us.
- Return and logistics information, such as return reason, return status, label and tracking data, delivery status, package information, item-inspection results, and photographs of returned products where the return service records them.
- Advertising and analytics information, such as campaign identifiers, conversion events, audience segments, product interactions, and inferences used to measure or personalize advertising.
- AI and automated-shopping information, such as product-search requests, cart actions, checkout-session information, agent identifiers or technical logs, and other data necessary to respond to a user-authorized AI agent or Model Context Protocol (MCP)/Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP) interaction.

We collect personal information directly from you; automatically from your browser or device; from Shopify and Shopify Payments in connection with checkout, payment status, fraud prevention, refunds, chargebacks, or disputes; from applicable payment processors or financial partners where information is made available to us through Shopify; from Ecomflow and delivery partners; from Return Helper and return carriers; from advertising and analytics providers; and from AI agents or other services you authorize to interact with the Site on your behalf.
4. How we use personal information
We may use personal information to:
- operate, maintain, secure, personalize, and improve the Site;
- create and manage accounts, carts, checkouts, orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds;
- process payments and prevent fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and unauthorized transactions;

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Policy:
- Shopify and its affiliates and service providers, which host and operate the ecommerce platform and related customer-account, checkout, security, analytics, and commerce services.

These notices govern processing those providers perform as independent controllers; processing they perform on our behalf is also subject to our contracts and instructions.

Depending on the payment method and transaction, payment-related information may include payment-card number, expiration date, CVC/CVV, billing details, transaction amount and currency, authentication information, device or security signals, fraud or risk indicators, authorization status, refunds, chargebacks, and dispute information. Full payment-card credentials are processed through Shopify Payments and its applicable payment processors. NAT COS INC does not store full payment-card numbers or CVC/CVV values in systems we control.
We may receive limited payment and transaction information made available through Shopify, such as payment status, payment method type, card brand and last four digits where available, transaction identifiers, refund or dispute information, and fraud-analysis indicators. Shopify, the applicable payment processors, financial institutions, payment networks, and fraud-prevention or compliance providers may process payment data to authorize and settle transactions, prevent fraud, administer refunds and disputes, comply with payment-network rules, and satisfy legal obligations such as sanctions or other financial-compliance requirements. For certain processing activities, Shopify or an applicable payment processor may process personal information for its own legal or compliance purposes under its own privacy notice.
For more information about how Shopify handles consumer personal data, please review Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers. The specific payment methods available to you are those displayed at checkout.
7. Advertising, analytics, pixels, and marketing technologies

Affiliate / Influencer Disclosure
NAIPACHE may work with influencers, content creators, affiliates, brand ambassadors, and other marketing partners. Some promotional content may involve a material connection with NAIPACHE, including compensation, commissions, free products, discounts, gifts, or other benefits. We require sponsored, affiliate, or otherwise incentivized endorsements to be disclosed clearly and conspicuously in accordance with applicable Federal Trade Commission (FTC) advertising requirements. Disclosures may include clear terms such as “Ad,” “Sponsored,” “Paid partnership,” or an understandable affiliate-commission disclosure, as appropriate to the content and platform.
Affiliate and influencer partners must not make false or misleading statements about NAIPACHE products, prices, promotions, or services and must accurately describe any material connection with the brand.
User-Generated Content (UGC)
NAIPACHE may display or repost customer-created photos, videos, reviews, testimonials, social-media posts, or other user-generated content when we have permission, when content is submitted under applicable campaign or submission terms, or where use is otherwise permitted by law and platform rules. Reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that every customer will have the same experience. We do not edit reviews or testimonials in a manner that materially changes their meaning.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, disclosures through advertising technologies may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or processing for "targeted advertising" under some U.S. state privacy laws. Where applicable, you may opt out through the Your Privacy Choices link in the Site footer or by using a legally recognized universal opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Site, remember settings, understand use of the Site, measure performance, prevent fraud, and support advertising. More information is available in our Cookie & Tracking Technologies Policy.
Some browsers offer a legacy "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. Because there is no uniform industry standard for DNT, the Site does not respond to legacy DNT signals. We do, however, honor GPC and other legally recognized universal opt-out preference signals where required by applicable law and where the signal is technically detected.
9. AI shopping agents, MCP/UCP, and automated access
The Site may permit user-authorized AI assistants or automated agents to search our public catalog and policies, retrieve product and availability information, create or modify a cart, estimate totals, create a checkout session, and direct a buyer to complete checkout. Authenticated access to customer account or order information must use appropriate authentication and authorization controls.
AI agents and MCP/UCP integrations are not intended to receive full payment-card numbers, CVC/CVV values, Shopify Payments credentials, Shopify administrative credentials, payment-processor credentials, Ecomflow credentials, or other unnecessary secrets. Payment is completed through the Shopify checkout using Shopify Payments. An AI agent may assist with a purchase only within the authority granted by the user and subject to the final order details shown before purchase.
10. Shipping, customs, and international processing
Orders are fulfilled from China for delivery to customers in the United States. To fulfill an order, we may transfer the information reasonably necessary for fulfillment, shipping, customs clearance, tracking, and delivery to Ecomflow, carriers, customs brokers, and related service providers in China, Hong Kong, the United States, and other countries involved in the route. Return information may be processed by Return Helper and its service providers in the United States, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, or other locations used for return logistics.
Privacy and data-protection laws in other countries may differ from those in your state. We use contractual, technical, organizational, and data-minimization measures designed to protect personal information appropriate to the nature of the processing.
11. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain your account, complete orders and returns, provide customer service, maintain accounting and tax records, prevent fraud and abuse, manage chargebacks and disputes, comply with customs and other legal requirements, enforce agreements, and protect legal rights. The retention period depends on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, legal requirements, and whether a dispute or investigation is pending.
Marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe or we no longer need it for the stated purpose, subject to maintaining a limited suppression record so we can respect your opt-out. Cookie and advertising identifiers are retained in accordance with the applicable tool settings, our configuration, and your privacy choices.
12. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, least-privilege practices, secure transmission, vendor management, logging and monitoring, and incident-response procedures appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Your U.S. privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence and whether the applicable law applies to us, you may have rights to: confirm whether we process your personal information; access or obtain a copy; correct inaccuracies; delete certain information; obtain portable data; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; opt out of certain profiling; obtain information about categories or specific third parties that received personal information where state law provides that right; and appeal certain decisions on privacy requests.
To exercise an access, correction, deletion, portability, third-party-list, or appeal right, email contact@naipache.us with the subject line "Privacy Request" and describe the right you want to exercise. We may need to verify your identity and request only information reasonably necessary for verification. If applicable law permits an authorized agent to submit a request for you, we may request proof of the agent's authority and may verify your identity directly.
To opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, use the clear and conspicuous “Your Privacy Choices” link in the Site footer. Our “Your Privacy Choices” page is intended to serve as our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” opt-out mechanism where applicable. Where required by applicable law, we will also treat a recognized GPC or similar universal opt-out signal as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending the signal.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. If we deny a request and applicable law provides a right to appeal, you may reply to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Appeal."
14. California-specific disclosures
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, if the law applies to our processing. Our U.S. State Privacy Notice includes a California Notice at Collection describing the categories of personal information collected, purposes, retention criteria, and categories that may be disclosed for cross-context behavioral advertising or otherwise treated as sale/sharing under California law.
For purposes of California law, we do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Certain advertising-related disclosures may constitute sale or sharing under the CCPA. You may opt out through Your Privacy Choices or a recognized GPC signal. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 where affirmative authorization is required.
California "Shine the Light" law may provide certain customers with rights regarding disclosure of personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. If applicable, you may submit a request to the email address listed below.
15. Sensitive personal information
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. Certain information necessary to provide services may be treated as sensitive under some laws, such as account credentials or payment-related information handled through Shopify and Shopify Payments. We use such information only as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, secure accounts and transactions, prevent fraud, process payments and refunds, resolve disputes, and comply with law. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a separate right to limit under California law.
16. Children and teens
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally required parental consent. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 or use it for targeted advertising where applicable law prohibits that activity or requires affirmative authorization.
17. Marketing communications
If you subscribe to marketing emails, you may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message. We may still send non-marketing communications about your orders, returns, security, account, or other transactions.
18. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, vendors, legal requirements, or data practices. We will post the updated Policy on the Site and change the effective date above. If a change is material and applicable law requires additional notice, we will provide that notice.

YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
Effective date: September 9, 2026
NAIPACHE uses advertising and analytics technologies that may involve disclosure of personal information in ways that some U.S. state privacy laws define as "sale," "sharing," or processing for "targeted advertising." We do not sell personal information for money.
Opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising
Use the privacy controls displayed on this page to opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising for this browser or device. The Site footer must provide a clear and conspicuous “Your Privacy Choices” link to this functional opt-out page; this mechanism is intended to serve as the Site's “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” choice where applicable. If you clear cookies, use another browser, or use another device, you may need to repeat your choice unless your preference is otherwise linked to your account or recognized through a universal opt-out signal.
Global Privacy Control and other universal opt-out signals
Where required by applicable law, we recognize a valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) or other legally recognized universal opt-out preference signal sent by your browser or device and treat it as an opt-out request for the applicable browser or device.
Other privacy rights
To request access, correction, deletion, portability, a list of certain third-party recipients where available under state law, or to submit an appeal, email contact@naipache.us with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may verify your identity before completing a request.
Sensitive personal information
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you or for other purposes that would require a separate California right to limit. Payment credentials are handled through Shopify Payments and its applicable payment processors, and authentication information is handled through Shopify or other authorized account systems as necessary to provide and secure the requested services.
Email marketing
To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in the email. Transactional messages about orders, returns, accounts, or security may still be sent.

COOKIE & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES POLICY
Effective date: September 9, 2026
This Policy explains how NAIPACHE and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, server-side events, local storage, and similar technologies on the Site. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. Types of technologies we use
- Strictly necessary and security technologies: support core site functions, checkout, authentication, fraud prevention, load balancing, and security.
- Functional technologies: remember settings, preferences, and features that improve the shopping experience.
- Analytics technologies: help us understand traffic, product interactions, site performance, and how visitors use the Site.
- Advertising and attribution technologies: measure campaigns, build audiences, personalize or target ads, limit repetition, and attribute conversions.
- Marketing communication technologies: support email marketing, segmentation, and engagement measurement.
2. Current analytics, advertising, and marketing providers
Depending on our configuration and your privacy choices, the Site may use technologies from the following providers:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Ads, DoubleClick)
- Snap Inc. (Snapchat)
- TikTok
- X (formerly Twitter)
- RTB House
- Mixpanel
- Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads)
- Impact
- Braze
- UpSellit
- AddShoppers
- Fitness Commerce
These providers may set or read cookies/pixels or receive device and event information such as IP address, cookie/device IDs, browser information, pages and products viewed, cart events, conversions, and purchase information. Their own privacy policies govern processing they perform for their own purposes.
3. Your choices
You can manage applicable privacy and tracking choices through the Site's privacy controls. You can also change browser settings to block or delete cookies, although blocking necessary cookies may prevent portions of the Site from functioning correctly.
Where required by applicable law, the Site honors recognized GPC or other universal opt-out signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising for the browser/device sending the signal.
4. Do Not Track
The Site does not respond to legacy browser DNT signals because there is no uniform technical standard for those signals. This does not affect our obligation to honor legally recognized universal opt-out mechanisms such as GPC where required.
5. Retention
Cookie and similar-technology retention periods vary by provider and function. We configure them based on operational, security, analytics, and advertising needs and review them periodically. Privacy preferences and applicable legal requirements may shorten or prevent certain processing.
6. Updates and contact
We may update this Policy as our technologies or providers change. Questions may be sent to contact@naipache.us.

TERMS OF SERVICE AND SALE
Effective date: September 9, 2026
These Terms of Service and Sale ("Terms") govern your use of https://naipache.us/ and purchases from NAT COS INC ("NAIPACHE," "we," "us," or "our"). Our corporate mailing and legal contact address is 312 W 2ND STREET STE A9715, CASPER, WY 82601, United States. This address is not a customer return warehouse. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and AI & Automated Shopping Agents Policy are incorporated by reference.
1. Eligibility and account use
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You must provide accurate and current information.
2. Products and country of origin
We sell apparel and related merchandise. Unless a product page states otherwise, products offered through the U.S. Site are manufactured in China. Covered textile and apparel products are intended to bear required country-of-origin labeling, including “Made in China,” together with other labeling required by applicable U.S. law such as fiber-content, responsible-company/RN information where applicable, and care instructions. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly by display, lighting, materials, and production batch. Product descriptions, fiber content, care information, and country-of-origin disclosures on product pages and product labels should be reviewed before use.
3. Prices, currency, and taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales, use, or similar taxes may be calculated and charged at checkout where required. For orders placed through our own online storefront at naipache.us, Shopify Payments is a payment service and does not by itself make Shopify the marketplace facilitator responsible for our sales-tax obligations. NAT COS INC is responsible for configuring, collecting, reporting, and remitting applicable sales tax where required by law, except where a separate sales channel or marketplace is legally responsible for collecting and remitting tax on a particular order. Import duties and customs charges for our DDP shipments are handled as described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy and are separate from U.S. sales tax.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including for inventory errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or technical errors, legal restrictions, or inability to ship to the destination. A confirmation that we received an order does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue the appropriate refund.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment transaction for the total shown at checkout and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Shopify Payments and its applicable payment processors, financial institutions, payment networks, and fraud-prevention providers may perform authentication, authorization, fraud, risk, and compliance checks. NAT COS INC does not store full payment-card numbers or CVC/CVV values in systems we control.
6. Shipping and customs
Orders are fulfilled from China and shipped to eligible addresses in the United States. Our fulfillment and logistics partners, including Ecomflow, arrange cross-border shipping and customs clearance. Our standard U.S. shipments are quoted on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning applicable import duties and customs charges are handled within our shipping arrangement and customers should not be required to pay additional import duties or customs charges upon delivery. If a carrier unexpectedly asks you to pay an import/customs charge, contact us before paying it so we can investigate.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping availability, rates, and time estimates are described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy and may be affected by customs, carrier capacity, weather, security events, governmental action, address issues, or other events outside our reasonable control.
7. Delays and cancellations
We will comply with applicable U.S. rules governing promised shipment timing. If we cannot ship within the time we represented, we may provide a revised shipment date and request consent to the delay or cancel/refund the unshipped merchandise as required by law.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns are managed through a NAIPACHE return flow powered by Return Helper and are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Do not send merchandise to our Wyoming corporate address or to any warehouse unless the return instructions for your approved return specifically tell you to do so.
9. Promotions, discount codes, and free shipping
Promotions and discount codes may have additional terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, or minimum-order requirements. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined. Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of at least $100 after discounts and before taxes. Returns that reduce an order below a promotional threshold may affect promotional treatment only if this was clearly disclosed with the promotion and permitted by law.
Gift cards. If NAIPACHE offers gift cards, they may be used only for eligible purchases through the channels identified at issuance and are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law. Purchased gift cards will not expire or incur dormancy/service fees where prohibited by law. California residents may redeem a gift certificate or gift card with a cash value below the statutory threshold for cash as required by California law; as of April 1, 2026, that threshold is less than $15. Promotional cards issued without payment may be subject to separate disclosed terms where permitted by law. Gift cards are generally non-refundable after issuance except where required by law or where the card was issued in error. Lost, stolen, or unauthorized gift-card use should be reported promptly; replacement is not guaranteed unless required by law or technically feasible after verification.
10. AI and automated shopping agents
You may use an AI shopping assistant or other authorized agent to search our catalog, compare products, manage a cart, or initiate checkout where our systems support that functionality. You are responsible for instructions you give the agent and for reviewing the final product, quantity, size, color, shipping information, price, taxes, and total before authorizing purchase.
An agent may not obtain authority beyond what you grant, bypass authentication, access another customer's account, circumvent security or rate limits, scrape the Site at scale, or obtain payment-card data, secret keys, or internal credentials. The final checkout records and our systems control product availability, final price, tax, shipping availability, and order acceptance.
11. Intellectual property and permitted use
The Site, product photography, text, graphics, designs, trademarks, logos, videos, and other content are owned by or licensed to NAIPACHE and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site for personal shopping and other lawful consumer purposes. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, train a model on, build a dataset from, or systematically scrape protected Site content.
12. Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the Site, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, use stolen payment information, violate law, infringe rights, or use automated systems in a way that materially burdens or disrupts the Site.
13. Third-party services and links
The Site relies on third-party services, including Shopify and Shopify Payments, applicable payment processors and financial partners, Ecomflow, Return Helper, carriers, and advertising/analytics providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Website disclaimer; product condition and statutory rights
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE, SOFTWARE FEATURES, AND GENERAL SITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” THIS WEBSITE DISCLAIMER DOES NOT MEAN THAT PHYSICAL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS,” AND IT DOES NOT LIMIT RIGHTS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED. Unless a product page or separate written warranty expressly states otherwise, NAIPACHE does not offer a separate written manufacturer's warranty with a fixed warranty period. However, products must conform to applicable law and to any non-waivable implied warranties or consumer rights that apply to the sale. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, materially misdescribed, or incorrect, the remedies described in our Returns & Refunds Policy apply in addition to any mandatory legal remedies.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAT COS INC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR A PURCHASE. FOR A CLAIM RELATING TO A PARTICULAR ORDER, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, EXCEPT WHERE APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW SUCH A LIMITATION. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO CLAIMS ARISING FROM OUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, FRAUD, PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED, OR OUR VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAW, AND IT DOES NOT EXCLUDE ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.
16. Indemnity for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, infringement of third-party rights, or fraudulent activity. This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own negligence, misconduct, or violation of law.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply under the law of your state of residence. You may bring a claim in any court of competent jurisdiction where applicable consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to do so. If no mandatory venue rule applies, the state or federal courts having jurisdiction in or for Natrona County, Wyoming may hear disputes arising from these Terms. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from using small-claims court where eligible.
California residents. If you reside in California, this Section does not limit your right to bring a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction in California or your state of residence where applicable law provides that right. Complaints may first be directed to NAIPACHE at contact@naipache.us. For consumer information, the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Consumer Information Center may be contacted at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N-112, Sacramento, CA 95834, telephone 800-952-5210.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order will govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise. Material changes will be communicated where required.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY - UNITED STATES
Effective date: September 9, 2026
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed through the U.S. NAIPACHE storefront for delivery to eligible addresses in the United States.
1. Where orders ship from
NAIPACHE products are fulfilled from China and shipped directly to U.S. customers through our fulfillment and logistics network, including Ecomflow and its carrier partners.
2. U.S. shipping coverage
At launch, shipping is intended for eligible U.S. addresses. Carrier coverage may exclude or restrict Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, or other remote destinations. If no valid shipping method is offered for your address at checkout, we cannot accept delivery to that address at that time.
3. Processing time
Orders are generally processed for dispatch within 1-2 calendar days after the order is accepted and payment is confirmed. Orders placed after warehouse or carrier cutoffs, or orders requiring fraud review or address correction, may take longer. We maintain a reasonable basis for shipment timing representations and follow the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435).
4. Estimated delivery time
For standard U.S. shipping, the current estimated transit time is generally 7-13 calendar days after dispatch. Some approved routing methods may be estimated at approximately 7-12 calendar days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and the checkout or tracking page may show a more specific estimate for your order.
5. Shipping charges
Eligible U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more after discounts and before sales tax receive complimentary standard shipping.
For orders below $100, the shipping charge is determined by the applicable shipping configuration, including package weight, destination, and shipping method, and the amount charged to you will be displayed at checkout before you place the order. Carrier and fulfillment rates may change, so the checkout price controls if it differs from any earlier estimate.
6. DDP, customs, and import charges
Standard U.S. shipments are arranged on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Applicable import duties and customs charges are handled through our shipping arrangement, and customers should not be required to pay additional import duties or customs charges when the package is delivered. U.S. sales tax, if applicable, is separate and may be charged at checkout.
If a carrier unexpectedly requests payment of an import duty, customs charge, or brokerage fee for a NAIPACHE order, do not pay it before contacting us at contact@naipache.us, unless immediate payment is necessary to avoid a legally imposed loss and you cannot reasonably reach us. We will investigate with the logistics provider.
7. Carriers and tracking
The exact international and last-mile carrier may vary based on destination, route availability, parcel characteristics, and operational conditions. Mixed-carrier routes may be used, and some routes may use USPS for last-mile delivery. Once tracking becomes available, we will provide the tracking information associated with your order.
8. Delivery delays
Customs inspections, peak periods, weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays, security events, government action, inaccurate addresses, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. If we cannot ship within the shipment time promised when you ordered, we will notify you no later than the applicable promised shipment time and offer the delay/cancellation options and prompt refund required by 16 CFR Part 435. If no shipment time was stated for an order, we will ship within 30 calendar days after receipt of a properly completed order or provide the required delay option notice and cancellation/refund rights. A stated delivery/transit estimate after dispatch is separate from the FTC shipment deadline.
9. Address changes and failed delivery
Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If you discover an error, contact contact@naipache.us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has begun. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to collect a package may be deducted from a refund where permitted by law and where the cost was actually incurred.
10. Missing, damaged, or incorrect shipments
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, or if the shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact contact@naipache.us promptly with your order number and relevant details. We may ask for photographs or other reasonable information to investigate with the carrier or fulfillment provider. For consumer orders, NAIPACHE remains responsible for loss of or physical damage to the merchandise while it is in transit until delivery is completed at the shipping destination shown in the order, except to the extent the loss results from an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, customer instruction, or another circumstance for which applicable law permits responsibility to shift. After confirmed delivery, risk generally passes to the customer, subject to applicable law and any carrier claim process. If we verify that a package or product was lost or damaged in transit before completed delivery, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at our expense, subject to reasonable verification and product availability.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY - UNITED STATES
Effective date: September 9, 2026
We want return instructions to be clear before you send anything back. U.S. returns are managed through a NAIPACHE return process powered by Return Helper. Do not mail a return to our Wyoming corporate address or to any warehouse address found elsewhere unless the approved return instructions for your order specifically direct you there.
1. Return window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after the order is delivered. A return request submitted after this period may be declined unless applicable law requires otherwise or the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Return eligibility
To qualify for a standard change-of-mind return, an item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and in its original condition, with original tags and product components attached or included. You are responsible for reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession. A “defective product” means an item with a qualifying manufacturing, materials, construction, or conformity problem that existed when delivered and is not caused by ordinary wear, misuse, alteration, or improper care. “Damaged in transit” means physical damage caused while the shipment was in the carrier/logistics network before completed delivery. Defective products and transit-damaged products are handled under the special remedies below and are not treated as ordinary change-of-mind returns.
Items expressly marked “Final Sale,” personalized or customized items, gift cards, and items that cannot reasonably be resold for hygiene or safety reasons may be non-returnable for change of mind where permitted by law. A discount or sale price does not by itself make an item Final Sale unless that status is clearly disclosed before purchase. Final Sale status does not eliminate rights or remedies for an item that is defective, damaged in transit, materially misdescribed, or incorrect, and does not limit any non-waivable right under applicable law. Gift-card cash redemption rights, where required by state law, are also unaffected.
3. How to start a return
- 1.Open the NAIPACHE return portal or follow the return link provided by our support team.
- 2.Enter the email address used for the order and your order number.
- 3.Select the item(s) you want to return and the return reason.
- 4.Submit the request for authorization. Depending on the configuration and reason, the request may be approved automatically or reviewed.
- 5.After approval, Return Helper will provide the applicable return label and/or shipping instructions by email or through the portal. Follow those instructions and use only the designated return destination.
4. Return shipping costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, incorrect, materially misdescribed, or we expressly state otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If a prepaid label is offered, the label cost may be shown in the return portal and may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law. If we sent the wrong item or verify a qualifying defect, transit damage, or material misdescription, we will provide an appropriate return, replacement, or refund solution at our cost, subject to applicable law and product availability.
5. Original shipping charges
Original outbound shipping charges are generally non-refundable after an order has been dispatched, except when the return results from our error, a qualifying defective/damaged item, or when applicable law requires otherwise. If the original order qualified for complimentary shipping, there is no outbound shipping charge to refund.
6. Inspection and refund
Returned items may be received, photographed, and inspected by Return Helper or its warehouse partners. Once a return is received and approved, we generally initiate the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Shopify Payments, the applicable payment processor, and your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
If the return is materially different from the approved return, shows wear or damage not attributable to delivery, is missing required components, or does not contain the item purchased, we may reduce or deny the refund to the extent permitted by law. We will provide an explanation where appropriate.
7. Exchanges
If an exchange option is available in the Return Helper portal for your order, follow the portal instructions. If no exchange option is offered, return the eligible item and place a new order. Product availability is not reserved unless the exchange is confirmed.
8. Refunds for canceled or unshipped orders
If we cancel an order or are required to refund unshipped merchandise because we cannot meet a promised shipment time, the refund will be issued in accordance with applicable U.S. law and to the original payment method where feasible.
9. Chargebacks
If you believe a refund is due, please contact us at contact@naipache.us before initiating a payment dispute so we can review the order and return record. This request does not limit any lawful right you have to dispute a charge with your payment provider.

AI & AUTOMATED SHOPPING AGENTS POLICY
Effective date: September 9, 2026
NAIPACHE supports responsible use of user-authorized AI shopping assistants and automated commerce tools. This Policy explains permitted automated interaction with our Site and the safeguards that apply when an AI agent assists a buyer.
1. Permitted shopping functions
Where supported by our commerce systems, an authorized agent may search or retrieve public catalog information, product details, variants, pricing, availability, policies, and shipping information; create, retrieve, update, or cancel a cart; estimate cart totals; create or update a checkout session; and direct the buyer to the checkout flow to complete a purchase.
2. Customer-account access
An agent may access protected customer-specific information such as order history, order status, account details, or preferences only through an authenticated flow authorized by the customer and only within the scopes granted. The agent may not use another customer's credentials or attempt to bypass authentication.
3. Purchase authorization
Before a purchase is finalized, the buyer should be able to review the material order details, including products, variants, quantities, shipping destination, shipping method, applicable taxes, and total amount. An AI agent may act only within the buyer's authorization. The final order and payment records in our commerce and payment systems control in the event of a discrepancy.
4. Payment security
Payment is processed through Shopify Payments in connection with our Shopify checkout. AI agents and MCP/UCP integrations are not authorized to request, store, transmit, or expose full payment-card numbers, CVC/CVV values, Shopify Payments credentials, Shopify administrative credentials, payment-processor credentials, Ecomflow credentials, or other high-risk secrets. The agent may receive only the limited payment status or checkout information necessary to continue the shopping flow.
5. MCP/UCP and technical controls
We may use Shopify-supported agentic commerce interfaces, including UCP-compatible catalog, cart, checkout, and customer-account capabilities. Access may be subject to authentication, signed requests, rate limits, idempotency controls, least-privilege scopes, and logging. We may change or disable automated access to protect customers, the Site, or third parties.
6. Prohibited automated activity
- credential harvesting, account takeover, payment-data collection, or fraud;
- bypassing authentication, authorization, rate limits, checkout controls, or geographic/product restrictions;
- bulk scraping or copying Site content in a manner that materially burdens the Site;
- building or enriching datasets from protected Site content without written permission;
- using protected Site content to train or fine-tune a model without written permission;
- purchasing contrary to a user's instructions or after the user withdraws authorization;
- accessing another person's customer data or order information without valid authorization; or
- misrepresenting prices, availability, policies, or order status when the authoritative Site/checkout data says otherwise.
7. Privacy
Personal information processed in connection with AI shopping is governed by our Privacy Policy. We seek to minimize customer information made available to an agent and to provide protected information only when needed for an authorized function.
8. Errors, availability, and final checkout
AI-generated summaries can be incomplete or inaccurate. Product availability, variant details, final price, taxes, shipping availability, and the accepted order are determined by the authoritative data in our Site and checkout systems at the time of the transaction.
9. Suspension and abuse prevention
We may restrict or block automated traffic that creates security risk, suspected fraud, excessive load, rights violations, or other abuse. Nothing in this Policy grants a license to use our intellectual property beyond the limited shopping functions described here.
10. Contact
Questions about authorized agent access may be sent to contact@naipache.us.

SECURITY & PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT
Effective date: September 9, 2026
NAIPACHE uses a risk-based security program designed to protect customer and business information while supporting ecommerce, payment, fulfillment, returns, advertising, and AI-assisted shopping.
1. Data minimization and access
We seek to collect and retain only information reasonably necessary for commerce, customer support, security, marketing choices, analytics, legal obligations, and the other purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Access to personal information should be limited according to business need and least-privilege principles.
2. Payment security
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. Our systems and AI/MCP/UCP integrations are designed so that full payment-card numbers and CVC/CVV values are not exposed to NAIPACHE personnel, fulfillment providers, return providers, or AI agents through our ordinary workflows. Payment access and credentials must be segregated from public or agent-facing systems, and NAT COS INC does not store full payment-card numbers or CVC/CVV values in systems we control.
3. Platform and transmission security
We rely on Shopify and other service providers for portions of our commerce infrastructure and use secure transmission (HTTPS/TLS), authentication, authorization, logging, and other controls appropriate to the service. Administrative credentials and API keys should be protected with strong authentication and restricted access.
4. Vendor security
We evaluate and manage service providers that receive personal information, including commerce, payment, fulfillment, return, marketing, and analytics providers. Contracts and operational controls should limit provider access to appropriate purposes and require reasonable security and incident cooperation.
5. Fulfillment and returns
Ecomflow receives the minimum customer and order information reasonably necessary to fulfill, clear, track, and deliver orders. Return Helper receives information necessary to authorize, route, receive, inspect, and process returns. Payment credentials are not needed for fulfillment or return logistics and should not be provided to these services.
6. AI and automated-agent security
AI shopping integrations should use scoped, authenticated interfaces for protected data; separate public catalog/cart functions from customer-account data; use signed or authenticated checkout requests where required; apply rate limits and logging; and prohibit access to payment-card data, secret keys, or administrative credentials.
7. Incident response
We maintain procedures intended to identify, contain, investigate, remediate, document, and communicate material security incidents. Where a security incident triggers a legal notification obligation, we will provide notices in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
8. No absolute guarantee
No website, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If you believe your account or interaction with NAIPACHE has been compromised, contact us promptly.
